We encourage you to keep your expectations grounded as you enter our authentic workspace, where we take pride in sharing our exceptional spirit creations.
Within our backyard shed, you'll experience an intimate tasting session, where you'll connect with the makers right in the heart of the distillery.
With our motto, "Small Town, Big Spirits," we focus on delivering superb tasting flights with suggested botanicals—no food or cocktails, just the true essence of our craft.
We love our neighbours and so we don't host big groups and all tasting experiences require a booking - please contact us by phone or through our contact page.

Minimal footprint spirits
We are not an entertainment space with a still, we are a working distillery. Our primary focus is creating great tasting spirits with a minimal environmental footprint. Expect to be welcomed to a small, intimate, imperfect space by the makers.

Tasting experience costs
$20 for a tasting flight of 4 Streaky Bay Distillers Gins, with matched tonic and garnishes.
The great news is that the cost of your tasting flight can be redeemed against any 700ml bottle of gin purchased.

Probably all of us, sometimes one of us - usually not Red Wilson alone.
