Back then, reaching the water meant crossing burning-hot dunes barefoot, racing to the cool relief of the waves. Today, there’s a structured path, but the beach remains untamed — shifting with the seasons, eroding and rebuilding in nature’s own rhythm.
We’ve captured its spirit with native flavours: roasted wattleseed for a warm, nutty depth, sweet-tart wild peach (quandong) for brightness, and wild coastal rosemary for an aromatic, ocean-kissed finish.
